This page explains what information Scents Waves collects when you use this website or place an order, and how that information is used. We collect only what's needed to take and deliver your order, and we don't sell your information to anyone.

When you place an order or use the checkout form, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, delivery address, and city
• Any order notes you add (e.g. gift wrap requests)
• Your chosen payment method (COD or bank transfer)

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. We don't require an account or collect any information just from browsing the site.

Items in your cart and your most recent order confirmation are stored locally in your own browser (not on a server) so they persist if you close the tab and come back. Clearing your browser data or using a different device/browser will clear this information.

We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Order details are shared only with whoever fulfils and delivers your order (e.g. our courier). Payment confirmations sent via WhatsApp for bank transfer orders are handled directly by us — we don't store your bank details on this website, since payment happens outside it (COD, or a transfer you make yourself to our Meezan Bank account).
