You'll get a WhatsApp update once your order ships. Delivery times start from the day an order is confirmed, not the day it was placed (bank transfer orders are confirmed once we receive your payment screenshot).

Orders of Rs 2,500 or more ship free, nationwide. Below that, a flat Rs 200 delivery fee applies — shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order, never added as a surprise afterward.

Have exact change ready where possible. If you're not available at the delivery address, our courier will attempt contact via the phone number on your order before returning the parcel.

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Because fragrances are a personal-care item, opened bottles can only be returned if the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp (+92 3707333208) within 7 days with a photo of the item — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the pickup or drop-off details and process your refund once the item is received back in its original condition.
